A collaborative effort among United Churches of Elizabethtown Area and community members, organizations, businesses and social service providers to establish a centralized location for community servies at the former St. Peter's Parochial School campus.

Christ-based Youth Center open for junior and senior high school students after school Monday-Thursday 3-6PM, Friday 7-10PM, and Sunday 6-8PM (skateboarding only). It provides a safe and fun environment with refreshments, and homework help is available. Volunteers must have clearances and go through training before beginning their work.

The Elizabethtown Community Housing and Outreach Services. A non-profit organization helping to end homelessness in the Elizabethtown area. Assists individuals and families experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, or in need of services who are closely connected with the Elizabethtown, Bainbridge, and Rheems areas.

Our church has a food stand each year at the E-town Fair, which is held for a week in August. The goals of being at the Fair are outreach and fellowship. The funds raised for facility upkeep help our church to be able to reach out to our community.

Our mission-based services include professional counseling, life coaching and therapy through play for children. All are offered on a "pay what you can afford" financial payment model. Through the Lord's direction, money should not stand in the way for those who truly want counseling and seek healing.
Through collaboration with ECHOS, Jewel David Ministries will operate an Inner Me Center. This service will provide free screening and initial consultation for depression, anger, anxiety and PTSD.

Assembles knotted quilts which are distributed through the district United Methodist Women InGathering clothing banks, the Lancaster County Council of Churches, Heart and Hands Ministry in Philippi, WV, ECHOS and directly to those in need.

Creates prayer shawls for those in need of comfort. They also make pocket shawls, hats, scarves and baby blankets.
Vacation Bible School (VBS) helps St. Paul's and community's children to discover Jesus through crafts, Bible adventures, games, music and making new friends. It is usually held on the third week in June.

Operated under the direction of ECHOS, the Winter Shelter is housed at St. Paul's United Methodist Church and the Day Center is house at the Lutheran Church A-Frame. Both provide a warm, safe, dry place to sleep and meals are provided during operating hours.
